Hoshiarpur- Office of District Language Officer Hoshiarpur organized a certificate distribution ceremony for the students of July-December 2024 batch after completing the six-month Urdu Aamoj course, in which Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur Mrs. Ashika Jain attended as the chief guest.
District Research Officer Dr. Jaswant Rai welcomed the chief guest and gave detailed information about the Urdu Aamoj course being conducted by the Language Department and other literary and creative activities of the Language Department. Mrs. Ashika Jain congratulated the students who passed the Urdu Aamoj examination and said that it is an ancient and beautiful language of India.
Due to the correct digestion of our Punjabi language, it contains a treasure of many Arabic and Persian words. This has not only increased the vocabulary of the Punjabi language but has also increased the interest and beauty in this language. The Urdu Aamoj course being conducted by the Language Department will further enhance the exploration and understanding of the long and extensive history of the Punjabi language. Therefore, more and more students and readers need to join this course.
