Hoshiarpur- To review the progress of development works in Chabewal constituency and discuss new schemes, an important meeting was organized at the Mini Secretariat under the leadership of MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar. 
In this meeting held at Ashok Chakra Hall, DC Ashika Jain, ADC Nicas Kumar, Dr. Pankaj Shiv, Dr. Krishan Gopal, Anil Kumar, Rinki, BDPO Avtar Singh, Sunita Pal, Superintendent Sukhwinder Singh and officials from many departments were present.
During the meeting, the ongoing development projects in the constituency were reviewed and the upcoming schemes were discussed in detail. MLA Dr. Ishank gave clear instructions to the officials to prioritize the work of services related to the people and complete them in a time-bound manner, so that the common people can get the benefits soon. 
He clarified that no undue delay or compromise on quality will be tolerated in any development work. He also instructed the officials to maintain transparency and use government resources effectively.
The meeting focused on issues related to road construction, education, health services, sewerage, sanitation, drinking water supply and other rural development. Dr. Ishank said that development works should not be limited to statistics only, but their impact should be visible at the ground level. He appealed to the administrative officials to directly connect with the people to understand their real needs and include them in the plans. 
On this occasion, officials of various departments also gave information about the projects and challenges related to their areas. Concluding the meeting, the MLA said that it is his resolve to live up to the expectations of the people and for this he will always be ready.
