Employee leaders Darshan Singh Lubana, Baljinder Singh, Jagmohan Nolakha, Ram Lal Rama etc. said that they should come forward on the appeal issued by the Punjab Subordinate Services Federation (1680) for financial assistance to the flood victims and contribute to the scanner issued by the federation from their earned income.
The large gathering also took out a march and demanded that the illegal transfers made in the Water Resources Department be canceled and that the Principal Secretary of the department, Mr. Krishan Kumar, be removed from the department. The demand letter for the release of the pending salaries of the raw employees in various departments and their regularization without any conditions and restoration of the old pension etc. was given to the District Administration in the name of the Punjab Government as a memorandum.
The gathering ended by marching and reaching the Forest Office, announcing that the daily wage workers who were dismissed from various forest ranges including the forest range Rajpura should be brought back and their salaries should be released.
On this occasion, it was announced that on September 15, a rally will be held at the Civil Surgeon's Office and a march will be held to the Health Minister's Office and a demand will be made to cancel the transfer of union leader Mr. Ram Prasad from Ferozepur and to deploy and regularize the outsourced employees in the Health Department in the department and a memorandum will be given demanding that the workers in Atilarwa Punjab be given work for the whole year and minimum wages be paid and a rally will also be announced at the forest range Rajpura.
