Patiala- On the occasion of National Teacher Gurus' Appreciation Day, Dedicated Brothers Group Patiala honored 34 teacher gurus of some colleges, secondary and elementary schools, thanking them, Dr. Rakesh Vermi said that teachers, trainers, coaches, parents, elders and teachers all strive for the progress, prosperity, security, respect of the nation through their knowledge, and to impart good qualities, knowledge, loyalty, hard work, discipline, culture, manners and duties, feelings, thoughts and habits, therefore they should always be treated with respect in the society.

The chief guest of the event, Dr. Ramandeep Kaur, Principal Guru Hargobind Sahib Khalsa College for Girls Karhali Sahib, said that DBG's humanitarian, charitable, encouraging and honoring students, financial assistance to needy students, free lab tests for patients, blood donation and honoring those who save precious lives are being commendable efforts.
Therefore, the officers and members of this organization are making good efforts in nation building. Dr. Rishma Kohli shared the thoughts of great gurus like Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Bhagwan Sri Krishna Ji, Dr. Radha Krishnan, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Sahib.
Former police officer Gurjap Singh and First Aid CPR Disaster Management Trainer Kaka Ram Verma gave information about the use of ropes, tire tubes, empty plastic bottles, wooden items to rescue victims during floods, first aid, CPR recovery or ventilator position when bitten by snakes, rabid animals or when insects are stuck in the ears.
The professors of Bikram College and Modi College who received the honor expressed their gratitude and said that even while following the government instructions, we should continue to make teachers and gurus aware of the conduct, health, well-being, rituals, duties and a happy and safe future of children.
Secretary Harpreet Singh Sandhu observed a two-minute silence, paid tribute to the deceased and everyone prayed that God bless the people and the environment in the whole world, India and Punjab for safety, respect, prosperity, progress and brotherhood.
