Hisar:– BJP's Hansi Mandal President Tanuj Khurana welcomed the recent Goods and Services Tax (GST) reform and simplification measures taken by the Central Government and called it a "boon for the country's economic progress and small businessmen".
He said that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the able guidance of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, a historic step has been taken to simplify the Goods and Services Tax (GST) system by eliminating the 12% and 28% slabs and implementing a new structure of only 5% and 18% slabs. Tanuj Khurana said that "GST simplification is a strong and decisive step towards making the country's economy simple, transparent and business-friendly under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
It not only makes the tax system easier, but also gives relief to millions of small traders, startups and medium enterprises." He said that "BJP has always had the vision that 'Simple tax system = strong nation system'. Today the country is moving in a direction where paying tax will not be a burden, but will become a partnership."
He also said that the aim of the Modi government is not just to collect revenue but also to give respect to traders, promote Digital India, and ensure corruption-free governance.
