Garhshankar November 7:- Shri Shri 1008 Mahant Baba Muni Das Ji, the director of Mahan Fakir Dera Khushi Padi, merged into the five elements today while completing his religious worldly journey. He was cremated at his own Dera Khushi Padi as per Sant Samaj rituals. 
On which occasion, his chief minister Moti Rana and other attendants offered the main fire. Meanwhile, a large number of devotees from different districts of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh had reached the Dera since yesterday to pay their last respects, and from this morning long queues were formed to pay their last respects with moist eyes. After that, the last rites were performed.
 Speaking on this occasion, Moti Rana said that after performing the sacred flower picking ceremony on October 9, the next rituals will be carried out in a proper manner after consulting with all the Saints, Sangats and Sevadars.
