Hoshiarpur:- Gurvinder Singh Pabala, Chairman of Nagar Sudhar Trust Hoshiarpur, has made it clear that any kind of illegal encroachment or illegal construction on the properties of the trust will not be tolerated under any circumstances. He said that strict action will be taken in all such cases and the encroachments will be removed. Chairman Pabala said that all the constructions done on the properties which have not yet received approval from the trust office or which are in a disputed situation will be considered illegal.
Giving instructions to the officers of the trust, he said that the list of all illegal encroachments present in the schemes of Nagar Sudhar Trust should be made available immediately, so that strict action can be taken against them. He clearly said that no kind of political or external pressure will be accepted during this entire process. Pabla appealed to the people to vacate the encroachments voluntarily so that they do not suffer any financial loss.
Chairman Pabla said that today the Trust office has taken action to remove the illegal encroachments in Scheme No. 2, Rajiv Gandhi Avenue, Hoshiarpur. He said that this campaign will continue and the administration will take all possible steps to completely vacate the lands of the Nagar Sudhar Trust.
