Nawanshahr- Today, the competition of cook cum helpers who won and secured first place from various clusters of Block Nawanshahr-1 was organized by Anita Sharma, District Education Officer (Elementary Senior Secondary), Sasardar Bhagat Singh Nagar and Deputy District Education Officer Lakhvir Singh under the able guidance of Block Primary Education Officer Avtar Singh by BNO Raman Kumar. In which cook cum helpers from various schools of primary and upper primary participated.
Kulwinder Kaur Head Teacher SSP Killa Mohalla, Kiran Bala SSP Punnu Majra and Jaswinder Kaur Center Head Teacher SSP Malpur Aadkan acted as judges. In the competition, Neelam Saps Kahma won first place, Sukhwinder Kaur Saps Punnu Majra won second place, Devi Saps Barwa and Kashmir Kaur Thandi School jointly won third place.
All the participating cooks cum helpers were encouraged by Gurdial Mann BRC cum District Social Media Incharge. C.H.T. Hansraj Naura, Davinder Singh Barwa, Raman Kumar Langroa, Jaswinder Kaur Mallpur Arkaan honored the winning cooks with trophies and cash.
