Patiala, April 1 - March 24, 10-year-old girl Manvi's death after eating bad cake has been revealed. The Bakery from which Manvi's family ordered the cake turned out to be fake. This cake was not sent from Kanha Bakery but from New India Bakery. The owner of New India Bakery had registered Kanha Bakery. This came to light after ordering a cake from the same bakery once. After catching the delivery agent, the whole truth came out. The police have registered a case against four persons including the bakery owner. New India Bakery manager Ranjith, employees Pawan and Vijay have been arrested while the bakery owner is absconding. Police are looking for him. On the other hand, online food delivery app Zomato has also removed this firm from its list in this case. Manvi, who lives in Aman Nagar area of Patiala, had her birthday on March 24. Her mother Kajal ordered a cake from Kanha Firm through Zomato. In the night all the family celebrated the birthday and ate cake. After eating the cake, the condition of Manvi and other family members worsened. Everyone started facing the problem of vomiting. Manvi's health deteriorated, he was taken to hospital. He died the next morning. A complaint was filed against Kanha Bakery, which sent the cake. After investigation, it was found that the address given in it was fake. There was no such shop.
After this, on March 30, the family again ordered a cake from the Kanha firm through Zomato. After this, when the delivery agent came to deliver the cake, the family members caught him. The police was also informed about this. The police arrived at the shop along with the delivery agent. Here it came to light that the Kanha firm was fake. The cake was sent from New India Bakery.
