Hoshiarpur - For the last 12 years, Prabhjot Singh's right eye light was lost due to an injury. Under Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Mid Town's project 'Gift of Sight', Prabhjot Singh was helped to see the world with new eyes. Today a social meeting of Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Mid Town was held under the chairmanship of Club President Amarjit Singh Arneja.

Hoshiarpur - For the last 12 years, Prabhjot Singh's right eye light was lost due to an injury. Under Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Mid Town's project 'Gift of Sight', Prabhjot Singh was helped to see the world with new eyes. Today a social meeting of Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Mid Town was held under the chairmanship of Club President Amarjit Singh Arneja. In which Rotarian Manoj Ohri, chairman of the project 'Gift of Sight' said that the free corneal transplant of the eyes of Prabhjot Singh living in Hoshiarpur has been conducted by Rohit Gupta from Mohali and under this project for the last 4 years the club has 405 have helped brighten dark lives. All patient operations are conducted free of charge. On this occasion, Manoj Ohri said that Dr. Inderjit Kaur, a leading eye doctor in Sangrur, has been operated on 45-year-old Salima Bano in association with 'Ranjit Eye Hospital'. Who had lost the light of both his eyes due to a disease for a long time. On this occasion, Rotarian Suresh Arora, the founder member of the club, gave Prabhjot a bunch of flowers and wished him a speedy recovery. The president of the club Arneja has appealed to the people of the society that if they find any patient suffering from cornea around them, they can contact the members of Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Mid Town. The entire cost of replacing the patient's eye pupil and medicines will be done free of charge under the Rotary 'Gift of Sight'.
