SAS Nagar March 13 - A meeting of retired employees of Milk Plant Mohali was held at Verka Complex Mohali in which around 150 retired employees participated. The meeting was chaired by Verka Mohali President Harchand Singh Khant. Speaking on this occasion, General Secretary Sathi Sher Singh informed all the employees about the rally being held in front of the Regional Provident Fund office on March 20.
The President of EPF Pensioners Association, who specially participated in the meeting, said that despite the decision of the Supreme Court and the circular issued by the Central EPF office, the EPFO Chandigarh office is delaying to impose higher salary and pension. And despite the existence of all kinds of records, pension cases are being returned with various objections Due to which there is a lot of anger among the retired employees.
He said that this rally has been held to protest against this bullying. All the employees present in the meeting took a pledge to participate in the rally.
