On this occasion, the Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Talwandi Sabo, Giani Harpreet Singh, who came to participate in the last stage Gurmati ceremony today, congratulated Sri Guru Harirai Sahib Ji on his birth anniversary and said that nowadays the Sikh community needs to be politically and intellectually conscious. First, there is a need to strengthen one's religious side, which can only be done by adapting one's surat to a high spirit by adopting verses and meditation. He said that as Sri Guru Harirai Sahib ji used to keep an army of 2200 horsemen ready with him at all times, from him we get the inspiration to be alert and cautious at all times, worldly and spiritually.

Speaking on this occasion, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami said that Sri Guru Harirai Sahib ji has given us the greatest principle of respect for Gurbani. He said that the entire life of the seventh king is guided. Their love for the environment and the dispensaries opened for patients guide us to serve and stay healthy. Condemning the struggling farmers and the repression by the government, he said that all this is part of the conspiracy to destabilize Punjab in every area.

Before this, Dhadi Jatha of Giani Sukhjinder Singh Noah Ambale and Bhai Gurnam Singh Mohi enthralled the congregation with historical songs. In the joy of Prakash Purab, a Gurmat event was organized in the morning after the Bhog of Sri Sahaj Path Sahib Ji. In this Gurmat event, Bhai Gurnam Singh Mohi's International Panthak Dhadi Jatha narrated the life of Sri Guru Hari Rai Sahib Ji in detail to the British congregation. Bhai Gurwinder Singh's ragi group tried to unite the devotees with the Guru through their rasa bhachne kirtan. Shiromani Pracharak Bhai Jatinder Singh Damdami Taksal Wali informed the Sangat in detail about the Bani recorded in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj Ji.
