Patiala, April 30 - The Shambhu police of the district have claimed to have arrested three members of the gang who had gathered in preparation for robbery. According to the police, this gang of five members gathered in Bipur village near SYL canal with sharp weapons. The police got a tip-off, after which they laid siege and arrested three members of the gang.
Among the arrested accused are Rinku Kumar Baldev Singh and Karan Singh. The search is on for two members of this gang, Rajesh Kumar, resident of Jansua Rajpura village and Pammu Singh. These accused had also put fake number plates on the bike so that no one could identify them. Shambhu police station SHO Aman Pal Singh said that the accused have been taken into police custody for 2 days. Meanwhile, the previous criminal record of the accused is also being ascertained.
