Jaswinder Singh Heer Mahilpur celebrated the third birthday of his son Danish Gill, who became an angel of happiness at the house of Punjabi writer Sabi Espuri and Madam Rimpi Gill. While wishing his beloved son Danish Gill on his birthday, Sabi Espuri said that son Danish was born on 19 January 2021. This is Danish's third birthday.
Taking his point forward, Sabi Espuri said that he is running two book series related to the Japanese poetry style Haiku in the name of his son Danish Gill. He said that the quarterly "Haiku World Book Series" was launched by Tanisha Educational Trust Espur in the year 2020. Then on 19 January 2021, on Danish's birthday, Tanisha Educational Trust Espur changed its name to "Danish Haiku World Book Series which is continuously serving Punjabi literature.
Thus, on Danish's second birthday, Tanisha Educational Trust Espur started a quarterly "Danish Child Haiku World Book Series" for Punjabi children's literature. Which is continuously serving Punjabi children's literature. Sabi Espuri further explained that these two book series also include the Japanese poetry genre haiku and other genres related to haiku in order to connect all with these poetry genres. It is a very lovely short poem written in three lines based on the very lovely poetic style and the meter of 5-7-5 characters. Eg: Haiku- laughing sun/ singing nature/ dancing grass. (December 2020) 1. Katota-Sheshe In / Dancing Sea / Mast Qalandar. 2. On the face / dancing desires / some requests. (February 2021) Tanka- Sohna Mahi/ For this lotus/ Makka Madina/ Mundri Che Jadya Ni Mein Khasnaghina. (May 2021) Choka- Time’s blow/ Whoever gets it/ He knows/ Khundak’s whip/ The back of the veins / How should the injured / Who apply ointments? (February 2022) Baal Haiku- Me Te Tanisha/ Play Every Day/ Hide-Michi (Jan 2022) Baal Katota- When Danish/ Laughs Lively/ The Whole House Dances. (October 2022) Bal Sedoka- Many sparrows/ came to our house/ played/ how long/ how many grains did I find/ ate and flew away (October 2022) Apart from these, Hyiga, Haiban, Renga etc. poetry styles are also covered in this book. are included in series.
After discussing details related to Danish, Sabi Espuri's family celebrated by cutting Danish's birthday cake. Tanisha's happiness knew no bounds. Danish's mother Madam Rimpi ji distributed happy gifts to the children and everyone congratulated Danish on his birthday.
