
Yoga and meditation camp organized at Nibariya Nirvanu Kutiya Mahalpur to be memorable
Mahilpur, (December 25) A meditation camp was organized today at Nirvanu Kutia Mahilpur in view of resolving the effects of happiness and sadness during the year 2023 and with the arrival of New Year 2024 as the main focus, to connect with nature and follow the path of truth. Yoga and meditation were conducted by Rani Yoga Trainer Mahilpur and Ekta Mahila.

On this occasion, all the colleagues who participated in the camp enjoyed it by understanding the depth of meditation. They said that with daily practice of yoga and meditation we can avoid physical and mental diseases. On this occasion, yoga and meditation were explained in detail to all the people who participated in the camp. At the end of the event, the yoga trainers and women who participated in the event were specially honored by the organizers of Nirvanu Kutia.
