Developing Bharat Sankalp Yatra becoming a strong resource to benefit Jan Yojanas: Kesarwani

Patiala, December 23 - IC van reached Dhamo Majra village and Chappar village of the district as part of the Bharat Sankalp Yatra launched to bring the benefit of the schemes run by the central and state government to the people at the ground level. And various services were provided, which were inspected by Deputy Secretary Health Nidhi Kesarwani, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Patiala, December 23 - IC van reached Dhamo Majra village and Chappar village of the district as part of the Bharat Sankalp Yatra launched to bring the benefit of the schemes run by the central and state government to the people at the ground level. And various services were provided, which were inspected by Deputy Secretary Health Nidhi Kesarwani, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
On this occasion, Dr. Vaibhavadi, Senior Consultant, National AIDS Control Society, Government of India, Civil Surgeon Dr. Raminder Kaur, SDM Ismat Vijay Singh, State Program Officer Dr. Sangita Ajay, Consultant Dr. Gurmandeep Singh, Consultant Dr. Jogesh, District Immunization Officer Dr. Gurpreet Kaur was also present. On this occasion, Deputy Secretary Health Madam Nidhi Kesarwani reached the camp and inspected the services being provided to the people and said that the achievements made by the Government of India during the last nine years are being conveyed to the people through IC vans.
He said that various schemes including tap water connection, free treatment, free ration, gas connection, PM Kisan Yojana, PM Jan Dhan Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Ujwal Yojana, Sukanya Samridhi Yojana, PM Swanidhi Yojana, Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana etc. People are being made aware about the schemes so that people can get maximum benefit from these schemes by becoming aware of them. On this occasion, the health department appreciated the camp organized for screening/awareness of TB and non-communicable diseases and making Ayushman card, Abha ID of the eligible beneficiaries, which was greatly benefited by the people. Civil Surgeon Dr. Raminder Kaur said that health department is conducting screening of non-communicable diseases by organizing medical camps, health insurance cards are being made under Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana.
After this, Deputy Secretary Madam Nidhi and the team also inspected the Tandrust Center of Village Mandauli and the ICTC Center of Rajinder Hospital, Patiala.
