SAS Nagar, November 27, 2024: Dr B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Mohali, marked Constitution Day with an online talk by Mr. Sidharth, Assistant Professor, National Law School Bangalore, on “Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's Vision of an Inclusive Constitution.”   
     Addressing undergraduate MBBS students, he highlighted Dr. Ambedkar’s contributions to equality and inclusivity.
     Dr Bhavneet, Director-Principal, emphasised the institute's motto of “Humanity, Service, Equality” and urged students to embody these values in their lives. The event included a unique Constitution Pledge, taken with hands on hearts to symbolize commitment to its principles.
     Mr Shailesh Mehta, Legal Retainer, also spoke on the importance of justice and equity in healthcare. The celebration reflected AIMS Mohali’s dedication to shaping socially responsible medical professionals.
