The Deputy Chief Minister said that in the continuous process of development, if the officers and employees are successful in completing various tasks in the stipulated time, then the work gets completed within the stipulated budget and proves to be more beneficial for the common people.
Mukesh Agnihotri said that in order to implement big projects in future, it is necessary to have a large land bank in the area, according to the availability of which places will be identified for development works. He directed the Revenue Officer to identify a land bank at each Patwar circle level so that the location for future projects can be selected as per the availability of land. He said that government residences will be constructed for all the officers including SDM, DSP, Tehsildar and Block Development Officer at the sub-division headquarters Haroli so that all the senior officers of the sub-division can provide better services to the residents of the area in a convenient environment.
He instructed the rural development officers and employees present in the meeting to give priority to the works related to rain water conservation. Apart from this, the Panchayats which do not have their own Panchayat buildings or the Panchayat buildings have been declared unsafe, such Panchayats should provide the necessary land documents for the Panchayat building within 10 days so that the funds for the Panchayat building can be made available in these Panchayats on priority basis. Could. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the state government is giving Rs 1 crore 14 lakh in three installments for the construction of the Panchayat building. He instructed the officers and employees that 2 to 3 works should be done in every Panchayat in such a way that along with beauty, that area can get a special recognition from the point of view of development.
Mukesh Agnihotri instructed in the meeting that officers and employees should pay special attention to quality and efficiency in development works and complete them in minimum time period. He said that without any political malice, uniform development of the state, public service and poor welfare are the top priorities of the state government and accordingly Haroli assembly constituency is moving towards decisive development where the needs of the people of the area will be met for the coming decades. In the medium term, development works and projects are being implemented. He said that from the point of view of development, in the near future, Haroli assembly constituency will be recognized not only in Himachal Pradesh but across the country as an area where people even in rural areas will have access to roads, health, education and drinking water and other areas of development.
