
Preparations for the second Guldaudi show to be conducted in Sarvahitkari School are complete

SAS Nagar, December 5 - Preparations for the two-day Guldaudi fair starting tomorrow at Jatinderveer Sarvahitkari Model Senior Secondary School, located in local sector 71, have been completed. The fair will be inaugurated by Vidya Bharati North Region Chief Minister Des Raj Sharma while the program of the event will be presided over by ML Garg. On this occasion, Dr. Harsh will be the special guest while S. Bhag Singh will attend as the guest of honour.
Sarvahitkari Shiksha Samiti Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Navdeep Shekhar said that more than 150 types of Guldaudi flowers have been included during the fair, of which 2 thousand pots have been prepared. He said that on the second day of the Guldaudi show, there will be a painting competition among the students of 25 welfare schools.
Mr. Shekhar said that the work of cultivation of plants was started on May 2023 by Sarvahitkari Shiksha Samiti. He said that this initiative was taken for the first time by the organization last year, during which it was started with 600 pots. And this time the number of pots has almost tripled and more than 20 different types of flowers have also been added.
