Also, now the Jats and the Marathas will intensify the fight for reservation together. In the convention we formed the Jat Maratha Joint Reservation Struggle Committee. This committee will actively strengthen the fight for reservation across the country. The land owned by Jats in Punjab is continuously decreasing. Because of this, the economic condition of Jats in Punjab is also getting worse. Therefore, it is necessary to give reservation at the state and central level to the jatta below the creamy layer. He said that the Punjab government had announced to give 20 thousand rupees per acre when farmers' crops were damaged due to floods in Punjab, but now 6800 rupees have been given and that too has not been given to everyone. He said that we have to run a united campaign against social evils and to save the youth from drugs we have to go from village to village to make the youth aware of the ill effects of drugs.
