MLA Kulwant Singh said while releasing the poster of the Mela Gugga Mardi and Vishal Kushti Dangal being held in village Kumbra that the prominent persons of the sports institutions deserve congratulations for providing such an environment for the players of the state and organizing sports festivals. At the same time, the sports lovers who join in large numbers during these sports festivals also deserve equal congratulations.
