Una, September 11:- Bangana to Hatli Beri road on Una-Hamirpur route will remain temporarily closed for two hours on September 14 from 11 am to 1 pm (up to 27/800 km). During this time, traffic has been diverted to the Bangana-Hatli Patialan-Hatli Beri alternative route.
Deputy Commissioner Una Janit Lal has issued orders in this regard under Section 115 and 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. He said that during this period, the work of cutting trees will be done by the Forest Department, due to which this decision has been taken from the point of view of security.
The Deputy Commissioner has directed the concerned departments to install indicator boards on the road to inform the people in advance and use all means of information dissemination. He has appealed to the general public to use alternative routes for travel during this period.
