Patiala, November 15 - Gurwinder Singh of village Akar under Lahori Gate police station has registered a case of allegedly kidnapping and threatening to kill his wife. The complaint filed said that after the love marriage, when he along with his wife went to the court to apply for protection, Lali Ram of village Jago Dera, his son and 10-15 other persons surrounded him and killed him. Threatened to kill and abducted his wife. The police have registered a case under sections 365, 341, 506 and 149 of the IPC.

Tripri: Prat Singh of local Gagan Vihar has lodged a report with the police that when he was going to Bhadson Road, a speeding car driver rammed into him while driving very carelessly. In this accident, where he sustained injuries, the vehicle was also damaged. The police have registered a case against the unidentified driver.

It has been alleged in the complaint that they stole two buffaloes from Dharmapal Singh's farm and later when their truck (HR-58C 6109) was caught, 16 buffaloes, 28 cows and one cow were confiscated.
