Protest by families of victims in various cases of district Mohali

On this occasion Mr. Kumbhadra said that justice is not being given to the victims of various cases by the district administration and the police, due to which they are forced to protest. He said that a case was registered in police station Sadar Kharar regarding fraud committed by a travel agent by Harjinder Singh Madanhedi in the name of sending his son Jagroop Singh abroad, but no action was taken against the accused and police station Kharr and SSP Going around the office in Mohali. He said that in the beginning the police did not even register a complaint, but now even after the complaint has been registered, no arrest has been made.
He said that similarly he had registered a case against travel agent Harjinder Singh Hari on 21-12-2022 in police station phase 8, but till now the police has not submitted the challan.
He said that the National SC Commissioner Delhi had ordered the Deputy Commissioner, SSP Mohali, DIG Ropar Raj and Divisional Commissioner to take action to register a case against an ASI, but the police did not take any action.
He said that the amount (money) received by the central government in various schemes for the beneficiaries of the poverty line does not reach the actual beneficiaries, about which he sought information under the Right to Information Act 2005, but the Municipal Corporation Mohali and the Municipal Council Kharar. No information provided. Which is suspected to be a large-scale scam that should be investigated at a high level.
He demanded justice for the victims. Harjinder Singh, Jagroop Singh, Mandeep Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Jagroop Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Gurkripal Singh, Savinder Singh Lakhowal, Surinder Singh, Sukhdarshan Singh, Sonia Rani, Gurpinder Singh etc. were present on this occasion.
