On September 30, when Khaira was produced again in the court, the police demanded further remand. But Khaira's lawyers presented their arguments in the meantime. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the lower court terminated Khaira's police remand and sent her to judicial custody for 14 days. But the police filed a revision petition in the District and Sessions Court regarding the decision not to grant remand. On which the lawyers of both sides put their arguments in the court and the day of October 9 was set for hearing. Meanwhile, Khaira's lawyers Sanjeev Kamboj and Nitin Midha confirmed this decision and said that the court has accepted this revision petition, but they have not yet received a copy of the basis of the decision. After receiving the copy of the order, the next strategy will be formulated.
