HSSC Chairman Himmat Singh inspects CET examination centres in Nuh district

Chandigarh, July 26 - Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Chairman Himmat Singh said that CET examination-2025 is being conducted smoothly at all the examination centres set up across the state. Around 13.50 lakh candidates are appearing for CET examination across the state. The government has arranged all the necessary facilities like free transport and temporary accommodation etc. for all the candidates. The CET examination will be conducted with transparency and fairness across the state, so that the eligible candidates get better employment opportunities.

The government has arranged all the necessary facilities like free transport and temporary accommodation etc. for all the candidates. The CET examination will be conducted with transparency and fairness across the state, so that the eligible candidates get better employment opportunities.
Chairman Himmat Singh gave this information while talking to the media after inspecting the first examination centre DAV School located at Police Line Nuh on the first day of CET examination in Nuh district on Saturday and visiting Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School-1 Nuh. Wishing all the candidates appearing for the CET examination, he said that all the candidates should give the examination well.
Haryana Staff Commission has made maximum efforts for the convenience of the candidates. The government has also taken full care of the convenience of the candidates. Today, he first inspected the examination center in Nuh and also interacted with the candidates during which the candidates expressed happiness over the CET examination and the better arrangements.
Meanwhile, there is a lot of enthusiasm among the students. He said that the CET examination is being conducted in Nuh for the first time and the district administration has also made all the best arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination. All kinds of facilities have been made available for the candidates appearing for the CET examination, including transport arrangements, accommodation and food etc. Shuttle bus service has also been arranged in all the districts to take the candidates from the bus stand to the examination centers.
In response to a question from reporters, he said that the candidates who were not issued admit cards by the Commission had various shortcomings in their applications and most of them did not sign after giving their details. He also feels sorry for such candidates, but any document without signatures has no legal sensitivity.
He said that he hopes that such candidates will not repeat such an incident while applying for any post in the Commission in future.
As part of the examination centre inspection programme, he visited the examination centres at DAV Public School, Police Lines and Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School-1, Nuh and reviewed various arrangements. He reached the examination centres and reviewed the preparations for the examination and closely inspected the security arrangements made at the examination centres, CCTV surveillance, biometric verification, drinking water, toilets and seating arrangements for candidates, etc.
He interacted with the center superintendents and inquired about all the arrangements and said that the convenience of the candidates should be given top priority. Deputy Commissioner Vishram Kumar Meena was also present on the occasion.
