Punjab Government continuously making efforts to ensure supply of clean drinking water in remote areas: Deputy Speaker.

Garhshankar/Hoshiarpur, July 23: MLA of the area and Deputy Speaker of Punjab Assembly Shri Jai Krishna Singh Rori inaugurated the newly constructed water tank and water motor in Chak Singha village. The project has cost about Rs 65 lakh, which will provide clean and safe drinking water to the villagers and has resolved the water problem in the village for many days.

On this occasion, the Deputy Speaker said that providing clean drinking water facility in every village is the priority of the Punjab Government. He said that the completion of these projects will provide great relief to the villagers and diseases will also reduce. Rori thanked Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and said that the policy of the Punjab Government to connect the needy areas with basic facilities is proving to be very effective and efficient.
The Punjab Government is continuously making efforts to provide basic facilities in the villages, so that clean drinking water can reach every house. On this occasion, the villagers thanked the Deputy Speaker and expressed happiness.
