Hoshiarpur- Lions Club Hoshiarpur Pearl, under the leadership of Chief Lion Vijay Arora, organized a tree plantation program for environmental cleanliness in Gaushala Govind Gau Dham Falahi today. In which all the members of the club selflessly planted 25 saplings. On this occasion, President Vijay Arora said that to make the city green, the club will plant 150 more saplings with the help of the administration.
The program for which will be decided soon. He said that it is the duty of all of us to make plantation an integral part of life and also take care of the planted saplings so that by planting saplings we can make our important contribution in keeping the environment green.
On this occasion, eminent social worker Lion Sanjeev Arora and General Secretary Lion Umesh Rana said that to maintain balance in the environment, it is necessary that we take full care of cleanliness around us so that purity remains in the environment and to increase greenery, we should plant as many trees as possible and Mr. Arora said that every plant has great importance in our life, which we experience from the beginning of our life to the end of life.
And whenever a new creature comes to our house, we should plant a tree in its name within a week so that it becomes a memory. Lions Club Pearl will try to spread this message to every house so that everyone can get a pollution free environment. On this occasion, the club donated an amount of ? 7000 for animal care and green fodder.
