Now a special complaint redressal camp will be organized in the Municipal Corporation every Monday in which the problems related to building approval will be resolved on the spot. This camp will be organized every Monday from 11 am to 1 pm in the office of Joint Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Una.

Una, July 21- Municipal Corporation Una has taken an important initiative towards making the map approval process related to building construction simple, time-bound and citizen-friendly. Now a special complaint redressal camp will be organized in the Municipal Corporation every Monday in which the problems related to building approval will be resolved on the spot. This camp will be organized every Monday from 11 am to 1 pm in the office of Joint Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Una.
Municipal Corporation Commissioner and Additional Deputy Commissioner Mahendra Pal Gurjar issued an order in this regard and said that this camp is a concrete effort towards making the system more transparent, public-accessible and effective. He appealed to the citizens to reach the camp on time with their problems and take advantage of this facility.
In this sequence, on Monday, Mr. Gurjar also held a meeting with the Municipal Corporation officials and private architects of the district. During the meeting, detailed information about the building map approval process and related SOP was given. He asked the architects to prepare plans following the rules and ensure all the necessary documents in the application forms.
Instructing the corporation officials, Mr. Gurjar said that if any error is found during the inspection of building maps, then all objections should be registered in one go, so that citizens do not have to visit the office again and again. He also instructed to ensure timely disposal of applications related to map approval.
He said that the Joint Commissioner himself will monitor every complaint received during the camp held every Monday and experts will be consulted as per the need to resolve technical or architectural complexities.
Joint Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Manoj Kumar, District Revenue Officer Ajay Kumar, other officials of Municipal Corporation and private architects of the district were present in the meeting.
