The Kamahi Devi Temple, located in the serene hilly Chhatar of Himachal Pradesh, holds mythological and historical significance. It is believed that the temple dates back to the Mahabharata era and is one of the Shakti Peethas, where the powerful yet affectionate form of Mata Kamakhya (Kamahi) is worshipped. Thousands of devotees visit here during Navratri and other auspicious occasions.
