During the one-day workshop organized under the able guidance of the Principal of the college, Raksha Kiran, various subject experts held bilateral discussions with the students.

Representatives of Punjab Development Commission Divya Negi and Madam Noor Bali also participated in this program.
The Principal of the college, Raksha Kiran, said that 75% of the final year students of the institute have been selected for employment in reputed companies and their aim is to provide employment to 100% of the students. The training and placement officer of the college, Ravinder Singh Walia, informed the students about the challenges and safety rules faced in industrial units.
Prof. Gurbakshish Singh Antal, officer-in-charge of the Civil Engineering Department of the college, discussed the personality development of the students and the method of writing a biography for getting a job. Divya Negi of Punjab Development Commission discussed the importance and utility of social media in getting a job.
Noor Bali presented his views on the importance of communication skills and the need for English subject and ways to learn it easily. Prof. Parminder Singh Saini shared the experiences of students already working in the institute and encouraged the youth to get employment.
