SAS Nagar, July 4: The Election Commission of India has drawn up a program to complete the National Level Training of Booth Level Officers from 02/07/2025 to 17/07/2025. As per the instructions of the Election Commission of India and the directions of the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab, Chandigarh, on 04/07/2025, Vidhan Sabha Constituency 52-Kharar trained 50-50 BLOs belonging to their respective constituencies at Rayat & Bahara University, Kharar and 112-Dera Bassi trained at Sri Sukhmani Engineers College, Dera Bassi.
In this training, the BLOs were informed about their various tasks and training on the BLOs app was also given. After the completion of the training, a written assessment test of BLOs was also conducted. This test was prepared by the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab, Chandigarh. The test asked general questions related to the election process.
This training was given by the Electoral Registration Officer-cum-SDM and Assembly Level Master Trainer.
