Judiciary officers and employees trained about e-office functioning.

Una, June 20- A one-day training program was organized for the officers and employees of the district judiciary and sub-divisional judiciaries in Una district on Friday regarding the implementation of e-office system. The objective of this training was to make the judicial functioning more digital, transparent and time-bound.

E-District Manager Sahil Sharma from Digital Technology and Governance Department Una, while leading the training session, said that the e-office system is being successfully implemented in the judiciary, which is improving the speed of work, ensuring transparency and accountability.
During the training, 28 officers and employees including about 7 judges were given detailed information about the functioning of e-office, its utility and technical aspects. It included important topics like file management, e-noting, e-dispatch, correspondence process, digital tracking of documents, user access control and work flow system.
Sahil Sharma said that this training is an important step towards transferring the traditional paper system to a digital platform, which will speed up the decision-making process and promote transparency in the government system. During the training, the participants were also shown through live demo how e-office can be effectively used in daily administrative work.
