Hoshiarpur- Disabled Person Welfare Society, an organization working for the welfare of the disabled, organized a seminar on Teachers' Day today. Giving information in this regard, President Sandeep Sharma and Seminar Coordinator Pooja Vishisht said that

The chief guest in the seminar was Dr. Nirmala, Head of the Department of Sociology, Guru Nanak Dev University!
The seminar was presided over by retired Principal Desh Bir Sharma!
The seminar was inaugurated by lighting the lamp. Music teacher Ranjit Singh sang Saraswati Vandana. The guests gave their views on the topic of how teachers should behave towards disabled children. The chief speaker Dr. Nirmala Devi emphasized on the right to equality for the rights of disabled persons and children!
Principal Deshveer Sharma gave a message to the teachers to be aware of their duties and to help disabled children more! Mrs. Ritu Gupta gave information about Vastu Shastra and Numerology and made them aware! Retired Professor Aruna Shukla started the program with a few lines from Ramayana!

Among the teachers who performed well in the schools, Professor Ranjit Kumar Reena Goyal Sanjeev Bakshi Shawani Sharma Vijay Arora Pallavi Pandit were specially honored!
