
Operation Sindoor outreach: All-party delegations brief Japan and UAE on ‘Operation Sindoor’.
Abu Dhabi/Tokyo, May 22 – India has initiated a global outreach against terrorism originating from Pakistan. In this regard, an all-party Indian delegation reached Japan and UAE to present its position on the right to self-defense after ‘Operation Sindoor’. Meanwhile, the delegation that reached Japan is being led by Janata Dal (United) MP Sanjay Jha, while Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde is leading the delegation that reached the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In this regard, an all-party Indian delegation reached Japan and UAE to present its position on the right to self-defense after ‘Operation Sindoor’. Meanwhile, the delegation that reached Japan is being led by Janata Dal (United) MP Sanjay Jha, while Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde is leading the delegation that reached the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The delegation led by Shinde met UAE Federal National Council Member Ahmed Mir Khoury in Abu Dhabi and apprised him of India’s resolve to combat terrorism originating from Pakistani soil.
"We proudly shared India's decisive success in Operation Sindhur and highlighted the terrorist threats emanating from Pakistan," Shinde said in a post on 'X'. Apart from Shinde, the delegation includes Manan Kumar Mishra (BJP), Sasmit Patra (BJD), ET Mohammad Bashir (IUML), SS Ahluwalia (BJP), Atul Garg (BJP), Bansuri Swaraj (BJP), former diplomat Sujan R Chinoy and Indian Ambassador to the UAE Suhir Sanja.
Shinde said, "We are taking a firm stand to uphold global security and international peace." The Indian Embassy in the UAE said that the UAE is the first country to welcome an all-party delegation on 'Operation Sindhur' and it highlights the deep bond of friendship between the two countries.
On the other hand, the delegation led by Jha to Japan includes BJP MPs Aparajita Sarangi, Brijlal, Pradhan Barua and Hemang Joshi, Congress leader and former foreign minister Salman Khurshid, Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee, CPI(M)'s John Brittas and former ambassador Mohan Kumar. The Indian Embassy in Japan said on X, "An all-party delegation led by MP Sanjay Kumar Jha arrived in Tokyo and was received by Ambassador Sibi George. They said India's steadfast stand against cross-border terrorism, as seen in 'Operation Sindoor', will be raised in all discussions. It is worth noting that India is sending all-party delegations to the capitals of 33 countries to reach out to the international community about Pakistan's conspiracies and India's response to terrorism.
