Nawanshahr- 2016 batch Punjab Civil Services officer Anamjyot Kaur took charge as Sub-Divisional Magistrate Nawanshahr here on Monday. While taking charge, SDM Anamjyot Kaur said that providing citizen services in the stipulated time will be her priority. 
She said that along with transparent administration, proper resolution of public issues will also be implemented on priority basis. She said that development works will also be carried out smoothly in view of public interest. 
It is noteworthy that before this, Anamjyot Kaur has served as SDM Jaito, SDM Khadoor Sahib, Estate Officer Amritsar Development Authority and Deputy Director Local Government.
