Una, June 13- Sonalika Tractor Industry, *Amb Unit* presented a DI-47 model tractor to District Administration Una on Friday under social responsibility. The estimated cost of this tractor is Rs 7.50 lakh.
The company's HR Manager Jitendra Singh formally handed over this tractor to Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal in the Deputy Commissioner's office premises. On this occasion, Superintendent of Police Una Amit Yadav, Secretary of District Red Cross Society and CPO Sanjay Sankhyan and Agricultural Scientist Saurabh Sharma of Agricultural Research Sub-Centre Akrot were also present.
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal expressed his gratitude to the company management and said that this tractor would prove helpful in various activities of Agricultural Research Sub-Centre Akrot. Also, this vehicle would be useful for the police department in administrative works like mining inspection.
He said that this type of partnership between the administration and industrial institutions not only increases resources, but also gives new impetus to public welfare works. The Deputy Commissioner said that this cooperation of Sonalika Tractor Industry is commendable.
