Hoshiarpur- Recently 68th National School Games 2024-25 were organized. In these games, with the blessings of Baba Hira Singh Ji Khalsa Ji of Gurdwara Sant Ajit Singh Ji Alawalaisa Alampur, players of Sahibzada Shaheed Baba Zorawar Singh Ji Shaheed Sahibzada Baba Fateh Singh Ji Gatka Club participated on behalf of Punjab team.
Giving information in this regard, District President of Gatka Association Vijay Pratap Singh and General Secretary Balraj Singh said that in the 68th National School Games 2024-25, Sujal in Under 17, Balraj Singh in Under 17 and Jagjot Singh in National Open Under 14 won gold medals and brought laurels to themselves, their parents, village, club, district and Punjab.
He said that this victory is the result of hard work of the players as well as the training of Gatka coach Gurpreet Singh. He said that coaches Amanpreet Singh, Sandeep Singh, Manpreet Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Gurnoor Singh, Balwinder Singh, Gatka promoter Sachnam Singh have been of special help.
