Maud Mandi- In the case of murder of a youth with sharp weapons in the local city recently, the Maud police station has succeeded in arresting five people within 24 hours. It is noteworthy that a youth named Deep Singh of Maud Mandi was murdered by unknown people.
The police had registered a case against ten people. Maud police station chief Tarundeep Singh said that on the basis of the statements of the deceased's father Darshan Singh, a case was registered against six people under sections 103, 126 (2), 191 (3), 190, which include Subhash Kumar, Preet, Sahil, Akashdeep and six other unknown people.
The police were continuously making efforts to arrest the accused and within 24 hours, five accused in the murder case have been arrested along with the weapons used in the murder. The police is continuously conducting raids in search of the remaining accused and they will also be arrested soon.
