Patiala, November 1 - Assistant Malaria Officer Malkit Singh and Parveen Kumar Gupta Superintendent Statistics, Municipal Corporation Patiala were given a farewell party on the occasion of their retirement on completion of 58 years at the Office of the Civil Surgeon.
Civil surgeon Dr. Jatinder Kansal said that Malkit Singh gave his services to the health department for about 37 years. Praveen Kumar Gupta has rendered his services for 32 years. He said that these employees were very honest and hardworking who rendered their services to the department with full dedication and diligence. These employees are retiring unblemished, which is a matter of congratulations.
Dr. Jatinder Kansal wished these employees long life, good health and happiness in their homes and families after retirement. The employees were also honored by giving mementos by the Civil Surgeon and all the staff. On this occasion, District Assistant Health Officer Dr SJ Singh, District Family Welfare Officer Dr Balkar Singh, DMC Dr Jaswinder Singh and others were present.
