Una, March 31- Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri today (Monday) inspected various development works in Beaton village of Haroli Assembly constituency. He took stock of the progress of construction work of the under-construction playground and additional building of Samadhi Wali Kutiya Beaton and directed the officials to ensure timely and quality work.

It is noteworthy that a few months ago, the Deputy Chief Minister had made many important announcements while participating in the program organized on the occasion of the 25th Mahanirvana Day of Swami Ji at the Samadhi Wali Kutiya of Swami Shri Abhedanand Maharaj (Brahmaleen) in Beaton.
He had announced to give Rs 25 lakh for various construction works in Samadhi Wali Kutiya, as well as assured the construction of a water tank with a capacity of 25 thousand liters. Apart from this, he had donated an amount of Rs 1.51 lakh to Samadhi Wali Kutiya in the memory of his wife late Dr. Simmi Agnihotri. Earlier also he had provided Rs 10 lakh for the construction of community hall.
The Deputy Chief Minister today reviewed the progress of works related to his earlier announcements. After this, he inspected the improvement work of the sports ground in Beaton, for which more than Rs 1.50 crore has been sanctioned. This amount is being used for the improvement of the ground, construction of boundary wall and other necessary facilities.
After this, he inspected the renovation work of the ancient Tobe in Gondpur and directed to complete it soon. He said that the overall progress of the area is being emphasized by the development of water conservation and sports facilities.
He said that all the development works and public welfare related schemes in Haroli area are being completed on priority, so that the general public can get maximum benefit.
