S.A.S. Nagar, March 11- Panj Darya Cultural Forum, Punjab (Regd.) Mohali, in collaboration with all Powercom employees of Mohali, organized the 85th blood donation camp at Special Division Powercom, Phase 1, Industrial Area, Mohali.
President of Panj Darya Cultural Forum, Punjab, Lakha Singh said that Deputy Chief Engineer Circle Mohali Eng. Sukhjit Singh attended the camp as the chief guest and the presiding officer was Eng. Taranjit Singh (Senior Executive Engineer).
He said that during the camp, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Mohali Amarjit Singh Jeeti Sidhu and Deputy Mayor Kuljit Singh Bedi attended the camp and encouraged the blood donors. On this occasion, Eng. Sunil Kumar Additional SE CH Tech Circle Mohali, Eng. Mona Goyal Additional SE Central Store Mohali, Eng. Surinder Singh Bains Additional SE Zirakpur, Eng. Mandeep Kumar Additional SE Lalru, Eng. Harminder Singh Additional SE Aero City Mohali, Eng. Amandeep Singh Additional SE P&M Mohali, Eng. Dheeraj Pal Additional SE Technical Audit Mohali, Eng. Sukhjit Kumar Additional SE Computer Cell Mohali, Eng. Davinder Singh Additional SE Enforcement Mohali honored the blood donors.
Blood was collected in the camp by the team of Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32. About 80 units were collected for the good of humanity in this camp. To make this camp successful, Technical Service Union, Pensioner Association Mohali, Association of Junior Engineers, JE Council, Contractual Employees (CHB) and all the employees and officers gave their full contribution.
Mr. Lakha Singh said that the forum has been running a free ambulance service for the service of humanity for the last many years, the phone number of which is 9872002828.
