Hoshiarpur 28 February - Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain said that the Punjab government has extended the period for registration without NOC from 28 February 2025 to 31 August 2025, with which registration of plots up to 500 yards can also be done without NOC.
The Deputy Commissioner said that according to the notification issued by the Housing and Urban Development Department of the Punjab Government, the period for registration without NOC has been extended from 1 March to 31 August 2025. He said that for the plots in unauthorized colonies, the applicants have made an agreement through stamp duty before 31 July 2024, then the applicants can get the registration done without NOC before 31 August.
He said that in this regard, instructions have been given to the revenue officers of the district to ensure strict compliance of the instructions so that people can avail the benefit of the extended period.
