Ghanour, 26 February- A meeting of Bharti Kisan Union Jhaduni was held in Pind Harpalpur, in which Punjab President Paramjit Singh Nanhedi appointed Gurtinder Singh as the Youth Meet President of Block Ghanaur.
During this, recommendations for water conservation were discussed. During the conversation, farmers emphasized the need to save precious sources of water. The meeting was led by Amarinder Singh and District President Sukhwinder Singh.
In this meeting, the constituency in-charge Ghanaur expressed serious concern over the shortage of water and said that if the current situation is not handled, it can prove fatal for Punjab in the coming time.
