Patiala, December 10- With a mission to inspire students to choose science as a career, Chandigarh University has launched a mobile science bus equipped with state-of-the-art research and practical laboratory facilities. The bus aims to cover all schools across India.
The bus was led by a team of Chandigarh University research scientists Dr. Jashanpreet Singh, Dr. Raj Kumar, Dr. Sandeep Kaur who demonstrated projects and helped students up to class 12 to perform experiments in physics, chemistry and biology. The bus has additional kits for student use. A multimedia projector screen was also available for group use.
The Principal Mr. Vivek Tiwari thanked Mr. Inderpreet Singh (Area Coordinator District Patiala) for taking such an initiative to encourage creativity and innovation in the field of science among students.
