Mohali, 5 February 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB) will organize "Home Loan and Surya Ghar Loan Expo 2025" on 7th and 8th February at Sports Complex, Sector 78, Mohali. Circle Head of the bank Pankaj Anand has appealed to the residents of the district to participate in this expo and avail the benefits of special loan schemes.
This expo to be held at Sports Complex, Sector 78 Mohali will be inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner of Mohali Madam Ashika Jain on 7th February. This event is being organized to provide quick and special facility to the customers willing to take loan for house construction and to install solar power plants on the rooftops under Surya Ghar Yojana. In this expo, customers will be given special loan schemes like housing loan at an attractive interest rate of 8.40% and loan for Surya Ghar Yojna at an interest rate of 7%.
Deputy Circle Head Sanjeet Kumar Koundal said that quick loan approval, special offers and discounts will be provided during the expo. In this event, there will be an opportunity to consult with real estate experts and bank officials of Tricity. LDM M.K. Bhardwaj said that senior officers from Delhi Head Office will also be present and will help in completing the loan related formalities on the spot. Sanction letters will be provided to eligible customers on the same day.
An e-rickshaw was launched to promote the event, which is giving information about the expo throughout Mohali city. Deputy Circle Head Sanjeet Kumar Koundal, Chief LDM M.K. Bhardwaj, Director PNB RSETI Mohali Amandeep Singh, Chief Manager Vijay Nagpal, Gulshan Verma, Chief Manager Ramesh Kumar, Sohan Lal, Pawanjit Gill, Sahil Bajaj, Jaspreet Singh, Paramjit Kaur, Raj Singh, Satbir Singh, Atti Chhabra, Natasha, Mandeep Singh, Sanjay Sharma, Shweta Nigam and other senior officers of Circle Office, Shastra, MCC, REM and LDMO will be present.
