Chit1 Studio in collaboration with CP67 Mall celebrated Republic Day from January 24 to 26, 2025 with a unique live nail-and-thread art installation. Over 1,000 participants from all walks of life came together to create an Indian flag that symbolises the country’s unity and diversity.
Each nail in the installation represents the rich fabric of India’s cultures, food and religions, including Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism and Jainism. The saffron, white and green threads combine these elements to create a unified representation of India, signifying that diversity is the basis of the country’s strength.
Led by Chit1 Studio founder and world record holder Chitwan Singh Nanda, this interactive art activity brought together people of all ages and backgrounds. Speaking about the event, Chitvan Singh Nanda said, "This installation reflects the essence of India - a land where diversity thrives, yet we remain united. The nails represent our unique identity, while the threads unite us as a nation."
The event transformed the CP67 Mall into a vibrant hub of creativity, pride and patriotism, offering participants an unforgettable experience that celebrates the spirit of India.
