Garshankar May 9, 2024- Under the leadership of Happy Sadhovawal at the memorial of martyr Bhagat Singh in Garhshankar, a needy girl Kamlesh Devi from the village Bora was provided with a wheelchair. Kamlesh Devi had been unable to walk for quite some time. On this occasion, Lakhwinder Kumar, Vice President of Adarsh Social Welfare Society, prominent social worker Darshan Singh Mattu, Mrs. Subhash Mattu, Principal Bikar Singh, Master Hans Raj, Preet Parowal, and others were present. Dr. Amarjit Singh Raju (British Empire UK), residing in England, has initiated a campaign to help the poor and needy, through which hundreds of tricycles and wheelchairs have been distributed so far. Social worker Principal Bikar Singh and Dr. Lakhwinder Kumar present on this occasion said that this is a very good step that provides good guidance to society.
