
4 new roads worth Rs 40 crore approved for Una under NABARD - Deputy Chief Minister
Una, January 17- Four new road projects worth Rs 40 crore have been approved under NABARD for Una district. This information was given by Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri during an informal conversation with journalists in Una on Friday. He said that these roads will be built in Gagret, Haroli, Shri Chintpurni and Kutlehar assembly constituencies.

He said that these roads will be built in Gagret, Haroli, Shri Chintpurni and Kutlehar assembly constituencies.
Under these projects, Ram Mandir to Banne-di-Hatti (Andora Aparla, Jattan-da-Behra) road will be constructed in Gagret at a cost of Rs 6.46 crore. Gondpur Baihali to Bathu-Gurpalah road will be constructed in Haroli at a cost of Rs 11.77 crore. Bheda to Panjora (Baba Balak Nath Temple) road will be constructed in Shri Chintpurni at a cost of Rs 12.96 crore. Boul-Jhambar-Lam to Takka Pul road will be constructed in Kutlahad at a cost of Rs 10.44 crore.
Earlier, the Deputy Chief Minister attended the satsang of Sant Baba Madho Das Nirvana (Ghati Wale) Ji in Panjawar of Haroli and received his blessings. Baba Ji gave him good wishes to remain dedicated to public service and public welfare like a Karmayogi.
Apart from this, the Deputy Chief Minister heard the public problems there and resolved them on the spot. He presented a cheque of Rs 1 lakh for organizing a tournament of Baba Bhartrihari Yuva Club Khadd. Financial assistance of Rs 50 thousand was given to Kisan United YFC Youth Football Club Pandoga. Rs 1.50 lakh assistance was given to Surendra Kumar of Isapur for medical treatment and Rs 25 thousand assistance was given to Vimala Devi of Panjawar in view of family difficulties.
Senior Congress leader Ranjit Rana welcomed the Deputy Chief Minister at the program and thanked him for the unique development work done in the area. State Scheduled Caste Commission Chairman Kuldeep Dhiman, officials of various departments, Congress officials and local people were present on this occasion.
