Nawanshahr- Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society, dedicated to the martyrdom of four Sahibzadas of Dhan Dhan Sahib Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj Ji and Lasani martyrdom of Mata Gujjar Kaur Ji, has organized milk langar this year as well, like every year. Sharing this information, the chief sevak of the society, Surjit Singh, said that during the martyrdom fortnight, today, in memory of their late mother Surjit Kaur, the entire Bahra family contributed to the service of the third milk langar at Garhshanker Road, Nawanshahr, with the cooperation of Bahra Engineers.
Earlier, the society organized milk langar on a large scale on both the days during the Gurmat program at Gurdwara Gani Khan Nabikhan in Machhiwara Sahib on 22 December and at Gurdwara Charan Kanwal Sahib on 23 December. He said that during this series dedicated to the martyrs, the fourth milk langar is being organized at Fatti Basta Chowk on December 28 with the cooperation of Namdhari Beej Bhandar.
Similarly, the fifth milk langar is being arranged by the Park Management Committee with the cooperation of the Society at Muspal Public Park on December 29. During these langars, while Guru Gobind Singh Ji is remembered for the great martyrdom of his family for the sake of the country, the devotees make their lives successful by contributing to this great Kumbh of service.
 Those who served wholeheartedly in today's langar included Inderjit Singh Bahara, Jaswinder Singh Saini, Didar Singh Gehun, Uttam Singh Sethi, Balwant Singh Soita, Jagdeep Singh, Gyan Singh, Paramjit Singh Musapur, Kuljit Singh Khalsa, Bhai Manjit Singh, Jagjit Singh Saini, Parminder Singh Kanwal, Balveer Singh Devgan, Karamjit Singh Sodhi, Palwinder Singh Kariam, Mahendra Pal, Bakshis Singh, Sahib Singh, Inderjit Sharma, Surinder Singh, Gurbaksh Singh, Lachhman Singh, Rajwinder Singh Bahara, Balwinder Singh Usmanpur, Dilbagh Singh Usmanpur and Jarnail Singh Usmanpur.
